Vijay Kumar Yadav, Founder and Managing Director, has been associated with the industry since 2023 and brings with him a wealth of professional experience. He has played a key role in building organizational structures across esteemed sectors such as Construction and Retail, serving in senior HR managerial positions since 2011.
He holds a Doctorate in Training & Development and an MBA with specializations in Human Resources and Marketing. His strong academic foundation, combined with his extensive industry experience, has significantly contributed to the establishment and growth of corporate ventures—initially for his employers and now for his valued clients' business enterprises.
